THE TECH STORYTELLER / MEDIA KIT / 27 OCTOBER 2026
Engineering stories.
Growing audiences.
I’m Lukas Timm, a mechanical engineer and filmmaker. I turn robotics, sensors and complex technology into stories people can see, follow and share.

Captured 27 October 2026. Each platform’s reporting window is specified below. Views and impressions are not unique people; channel totals are not added together.
01 / INSTAGRAM / @LKSTIMM2026
A new audience
is finding the work.
100,043 views in the native last-30-day dashboard. 99.5% came from non-followers. The experiments are travelling well beyond the account’s 176 followers.
THE RECENT BREAKOUT / 19 OCTOBER
Why my CO₂ Roadster loses lift.
A small simulated flying-car concept makes gas cooling and pressure loss visible. Four proposed changes give viewers a concrete engineering question to discuss.
Native reel insights also show 29,967 viewers, 412 likes and 34 comments. These are lifetime observations captured on 27 October.
Watch the reel ↗The flight is simulation in my reconstructed dojo, with my AI voice. The underlying experiment and its limits stay visible.

The long-form series
is picking up.
6,403 views and 46.4 hours watched from 28 September to 25 October. YouTube Studio compares that with a typical 28-day range of 110–360 views.

The subscriber count has risen from the previously captured 121 on 13 October to 149 on 27 October: 28 more subscribers, a 23.1% increase between snapshots.
The strongest video in the reported period is The $5 Camera Experiment, with 1,484 views. The realtime panel shows new activity on robot perception and the DIY RGB LiDAR / Gaussian SLAM episode.
Channel totals include long videos and Shorts. The 48-hour count overlaps the channel history; it is not added to the 28-day figure. Historical subscriber evidence: 13 October screenshot.

04 / LINKEDIN / LUKAS TIMM
An established
engineering audience.
Ten years in automotive, LiDAR, simulation and engineering processes provide the connection to robotics. The audience includes engineers and technical decision-makers already familiar with that work.

The current 28-day period, 30 September–27 October, recorded 1,086 social engagements. Publer’s separate 29 September–26 October snapshot reports 227 added followers.
Native follower demographics show 35% senior-level and 28% in motor vehicle manufacturing. This is a broad engineering audience; the annual total is not a robotics-only reach claim.
